It stands for Pathways to Advancing Tech Heroes. This name encapsulates the core mission of the scholarship, which is to provide a clear, guided journey for students from their academic beginnings to successful careers. Full Scholarship Details
  • Application Guidelines
    • Applications are coursed through selected Senior High Schools and State Colleges and Universities.
    • Each university has its own application schedule so stay updated on the entrance exam application periods of your chosen institution.
    • Note: Some universities have already opened their application periods — check now to avoid missing deadlines.
  • Financial Assistance Offers Depending on Applicant's Evaluation
    • Deserving students may receive up to approximately PHP 100,000 in annual living allowances, based on their financial needs.
  • Qualifications
    • Be admitted in a state university that is a recipient of RA 10931 or the Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education Act of 2017, and qualified and admitted to a specified course under a STEM program in any of the participating schools.
    • Maintain a minimum GPA in the 90th percentile or higher from prior academic records.
    • Demonstrate financial need, i.e., be considered indigent, where neither parent has a regular income from the formal sector or combined annual income of the household is not more than PHP 250,000.00.

    • ICT Engineering Degrees (Electronics, Communications, Computer Engineering Courses)
    • IT Courses (Computer Science, IT Information Systems, Data Science and Analytics)
    • Mathematics courses (Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science).
